About this project

We were hired to rebuilt Hancock Insurance’s website in 2018. Hancock Insurance wanted their customers to be able to easily see what insurance types and companies they furnish, as well as to be able to service their policy and report a claim online. Their customers have been very pleased by the functionality of the forms which work seamlessly on both desktop and mobile devices.

A note from the client

I had been working with a team of college students who did consulting work for my business. One of their major complaints was that they thought my business website was out-of-date. I took their advice and went to Jacie Ames for help. The completion of the new website coincided with the final presentation of their work. On the day of the presentation, I had to chuckle to myself when they saw the website because the improvements were so dramatic.
